Galvanized steel wire, also known as galvanized iron wire, finds most uses in binding of construction materials or weaving of galvanized wire mesh products. Packingplastic film inside, hessian cloth outside.

Type: Galvanized wire also coalled galavnized iron wire, GI wire. It devided into electro galvanized wire, hot-dipped galvanized wire.
Technology and features: Normally for electro galvanized wire zinc coated is 15-20g/M2, the efficacy is slow, zinc film appears uniform, thin, bright shining. The property of anti-corrosion, anti-rust keeps in several monthes.
Hotdipped galvanized wire zinc coated is 40-50g/m2, 100g/m2, 200g/m2, 300g/m2. The efficacy is fast, with Thick zinc coating the zinc film is nonuniform, the color not so bright as electro galvanized wire, but is has good anti-corrosion, anti-rust performance that keeping in more than ten years in outside environment.
Package: Galvanzied iron wire Can be supplied in the form of coil wire, spool wire or further processed into straightened cut wire or U type wire. Single coil package can be as small as 1 kg and up to maximum 500 kg per coil. Plastic film inside then wapped with plastic or hessian cloth. small coil packing with water-proof paper, the packing with carton or wooden case.
Application: It is widly use in construction, highway enclosure, communication equipment, medical equipment, making mesh, brush and craft etc.
